Energy Transition is the most consequential story of our era. How will it be heard?

As founder and CEO of ARC, Tim has gained recognition in the landscape of energy transition communications by seamlessly integrating his extensive experience in the cultural sector with corporate and commercial initiatives.

Drawing on over three decades of expertise in narrative development, Tim helps businesses, governments, and institutions translate complex ideas into compelling, audience-driven experiences.

Leading transformation

Tim has led transformative projects across the UK, Europe, the USA, and the Middle East, connecting strategy with people and science with culture. Tim’s innovative approach has shaped projects such as Expo Pavilions in Dubai, the Saudi Green Initiative and the Saudi presence at COP events and presidential state visits.

His work includes leading immersive experiences at UN MENA Climate Week 2023, where he provided concept development, creative direction, and delivery in collaboration with partners Fraser Randall, Filmmasters and the KSA Ministry of Energy. These initiatives have effectively communicated the urgency and impact of the energy transition to a broad spectrum of stakeholders.

Tim’s unique approach is deeply rooted in his cultural sector experience, where he has mastered the art of interpretative planning and narrative design. This background enables him to create communication strategies that are not only informative but also emotionally engaging, ensuring that clients’ projects connect with their audiences in meaningful ways.

His leadership in projects such as the UK Pavilion at Expo 2020 and the Shaybah Wildlife Sanctuary Visitor Centre in Saudi Arabia exemplifies his ability to blend cultural storytelling with corporate messaging, resulting in experiences that are both educational and inspiring. Tim’s expertise in scripting and narrative development continues to play a crucial role in shaping Saudi Arabia’s global energy transition messaging.
